so i made the best cupcakes today!
and little kids would love them!

here's what they are:
1 box of white cake mix
1 1/4 cup sparkling water
3 egg whites
1/3 cup veg. oil
mix em all together and bake for 18 minutes on 350.
for the frosting
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
1 lb of powdered sugar
1-3 tsp of half and half
beat the crap outta the butter and when you add the half and half
it should be a super light and fluffy butter cream frosting.
i added neon food coloring because i think they are bomb
and then i piped it on top.
then i added poprocks on top!
VOILA!!!
and bam those things are amazing!
and don't worry the poprocks aren't over bearing
and it gived a nice snap crackle pop thingy when you chew!
